Easter is almost here and that means it’s time to decorate those Easter eggs and get ready for the Easter bunny! I even made my own bunny ears this year to get into the spirit. The ears are kind of adorable, so sometimes I wear them just for fun. Anyway, today I have some egg decorating ideas to share, how to make pastel deviled eggs, egg shaped Trix marshmallow treats, and how to make your own bunny ears!
St. Patrick’s Day doesn’t have to be all about leprechauns and green beer. I’m all about a good party, but getting vomited on by a stranger on the street at 3:00 in the afternoon is not my idea of a good time.
Instead, I decided to do a traditional St. Patrick’s Day dinner at home with a few green and gold touches and a shamrock or two.
I love how quick, easy, and cute this craft is! It’s the perfect size for a small item or cash gift and you can make it in any pattern you like!
Pinterest is full of crafty ideas that utilize the paint chips that you pick up at the home improvement store. So today I decided to put some of those crafts to the test and see if my versions turned out similar to the ones on Pinterest! My goal was to make my finished products look like the images I found on Pinterest while spending the least amount of money possible. Today’s projects include a mini square gift box with lid, favor gift holders, a mobile, owl wall art, and a flower canvas.
Summer is finally here! Bring on the BBQs, outdoor summer fun, and sunshine! Hooray! Yipee! Can you tell it’s been a long winter in New England? I’m sooooo ready for some warmth and sun!
The 4th of July is just around the corner, so I’ve been busy making crafts and decorations with a patriotic theme that I can’t wait to share with you. I’ve also put together a bunch of 4th of July party ideas including food, drinks, and fun activities for the kids, so let’s get started!
Today’s post is all about Dad! I have DIY gift ideas to share, fun ways to wrap Dad’s gift, ideas on how to make Dad’s day special, and more!
I have been wanting to doing a superhero party for a while and with the new Avengers movie out, it was the perfect time! This party was so much fun, I love the bright colors, the kids (and adults) loved the games, masks, and capes, and I loved how the cake turned out! In this podcast I’ll cover how-to’s for the masks, capes, cake, comic popcorn cones, Hulk smash wall, Hawkeye bad guy target shoot, and lots of food and decorating ideas.
Mother’s Day is just around the corner and this year I wanted to try out six crafts I found on Pinterest that looked like they would make great gifts. I made all six in two days, so they aren’t hugely time consuming and they still give that personal touch. The best part is, you can make each of these fairly cheaply and keep to your budget!
As many people do, I have a long list of crafts I want to make that I found on Pinterest, but just haven’t “got around to it yet”. Today’s podcast is about four crafts (or my versions of those crafts) that I pinned to my boards and I am now going to attempt!
